Iron Phosphating

Phosphating is a pre-treatment of metal which converts a metallic surface to a non-metallic surface by chemically bonding a phosphate coating to the metal. The phosphate coating forms an integral part of the surface composition. It is used as an undercoating for other organic finishes. It also serves to remove soil, oil, grease and drawing compounds. It offers superior adhesion when used as a pre-treatment under paint, powder coating or rubber molding.

We are capable of processing parts up to 3 feet in length.
